Ahhh.... Don't forget that single crown forks are not rated for 203mm rotors. You run the risk of chewing out your bushes. This came directly from a mechanic at my LBS so it must be true.

Yeah nah, he was dead serious. His comments arose from my desire to buy a 160 to 203 pm to pm adapter for my new Lyrik, in preparation for my Maydena trip.

Ask him to change to a set of xfusion slants, he'll implode when he realises the post mount will ONLY take a 200mm rotor

Thanks, I love it, it's the most fun bike I've ever owned and way more capable than the numbers might suggest. Took it to Thredbo last weekend and couldn't wipe the smile from my face.
