Can America be fixed?

First results are coming in, no surprises really. America is fucked.
Fairly predictable take from you there. Also way too early. Senate races are looking competitive in several areas they shouldn't be*, including Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio, where all the Trumpy candidates are underperforming. House of Reps not so much, but statistically the Democrats would need a landslide to keep control there owing to redistricting etc.

*unless postal votes are counted first, but they were counted last in 2020 (and tend to favour Democrats).

Desantis back in a landslide was enough for me...

Ignore early results. It is set up to favour GOP. Dems will hold the Senate, possibly both houses and pick up governors.
Senate is looking pretty good, owing largely to incompetent MAGA candidates handpicked by Trump. Be brilliant to see North Carolina flip and Ron Johnson out of Wisconsin, outside chances but.

Whatever, outside of Florida this is not looking like the red wave the polls were suggesting, which would make it an outlier result compared to nearly every first term mid-term since forever.
