What type of BB do you have? I'm assuming because you have Raceface cranks, you'd also probably have a Raceface BB.
Before you even remove the bottom bracket, you will need to remove the drive drive crank. To do this, you will need an Isis crank puller. The one I use is the Park CCP-4 ( http://www.parktool.com/tools/CCP_4.shtml ). Mine was about $35 AUD I think.

Once you have removed the crank, you will need to remove the BB. If you have a Raceface BB, then the tool you'll need is the Park BBT-2 ( http://www.parktool.com/tools/BBT_2.shtml ) or something similar. Raceface and Shimano also make this type tool for your bottom bracket.
This tool just fits to any standard socket set.

If you aren't very confident at all or don't want to buy the tools, you may wish to get your LBS to do it. Also if you decide to go ahead and do it yourself, check out some of the tips on Park's website. http://www.parktool.com/repair_help/
It's a really good knowledgebase for bike repairs. Just click on the area of the bike you want to work on, in the Bike Map section.

Hope this helps :)

Yeah, you'll need a crank puller and a BB tool, like NoeFFeX said. If you're not sure how to do it, it's probably best to get your LBS to install it for you and show you how it's done.
