We really need to get parliaments sitting again to ensure that changes to these laws are as scrutinized as possible. There should be very, very few situations where the ADF should be detaining anyone within Australia.

Australians can already be detained indefinitely with no charge and no notification to family.

I was wondering if maybe (for example) a security guard (just an example!) Was asymptomatic and the night manager caught it from them...and wasn't asymptomatic.

Melbournians seem to be taking it very seriously.
As I said a while back, after been locked down harder/longer than anywhere else in the country, stage 4 has crossed the limit of what Melbournians are prepared to endure... And i bet it would be no different in any other city..
