The whole of Australia only has 2230 ICU beds.Even if we manage to flatten the curve there will almost certainly be more demand for icu beds then can be met.

Actually I'm suggesting we should do the exact opposite through triage. Then the icu beds go to those with the best chances of survival regardless of if/when they catch the virus.First in best dressed, if you listen to @Oddjob
Chatting to a mate that is a Dr in ER, that's what they'll do. They already had their game plan in place for how to prioritise patients 3 weeks ago, even tho WA only had a couple of confirmed cases at that point.Actually I'm suggesting we should do the exact opposite through triage. First in best dressed is the rational game theory choice without triage.

One of the reasons I like to shop late at nightPersonally I love the peace and quiet,
As do I. I was gutted when I went over about 8:30pm last night, only to discover the doors shut with a notice they are now closing from 8pm. Time to mingle with more of the public now I guess. One of the reasons I like to shop late at night
Here or in the UK? No cure so it’s not surprising..It's a friend-of-a-friend story, but bear with me.
Friend of ours is a ex-UK citizen, she's hearing stories of elderly patients being ushered off and made comfortable. And there's something like 1 respirator for every 8 patients.
It was enough for her to isolate her deeply autistic son for the duration

I go through phases of treadmill running, th first couple of weeks suck but you quickly get to the point that you can do 10km runs and then build pace. at lest these days a laptop and a streaming service is easy to setup. one episode of Dr who is a decent run. or intervals - walk 1/3 a lap, double the pace for the rest. just those first few runs suckand I've always been trying to avoid indoor dreadmill type training,
