Crank-Pedal Sizes

The Thread between my new'ish pedals(changing from other bike) is smaller than the hole in my Truvitiv Hussefelt cranks... I am relacing my shitty wellego pedals for my nice ones with replaceable pins... HELP ME... heheh i just wanna use my nice pedals... am i missing somthing here?

There are two pedal spindle sizes, 9/16" and 1/2". 9/16 is what is used for 3pce cranks, and 1/2" is reserved for 1pce cranks found on many cheaper bikes.

9/16 is on mountain bikes... and 1/2 is common on bmx's

oye i see... how do i get it off....

left- clockwise
right- anti clockwise

best way to remember- always towards the back of the bike from the top.

If your pedal axel is bent its time for new pedals. Maybe something a little stronger.

Uh, no. 1/2" = one piece. 9/16" = 3 piece.
