Bleeding them is easy, just tedious. Each syringe about half full. Remove the plugs at each end and screw in the syringes then just pull and push 7,350,129.3 time until all the air is expended. Make sure the lever is on full open (I think) and then it is good. For a while. Perhaps several minutes.

Sweet, will it pop up and down at least 2 or 3 times. I assume with the seat up for the bleed

OK, so I have been looking at adjusting the fork and the manual says to adjust the fork sag I need to turn the pre-load (blue top) but it is only a valve for air, I guess you just add or remove air. Fox 36 r from around 06. Cheers
