Well, after a lightning quick Committee meeting tonight, Albury Wodonga Mountain Bikers have decided to host a Twilight 3 Hour Enduro on the same day as the Gravity 12 Hour was scheduled to run.
So, in all it's gory detail:
FLEMING MUNTZ - AWMTB Twilight 3 Hour
When: Sat 5 Nov 2011
Where: Nail Can Hill, Albury (access via Range Rd, off Logan Rd)
Racing: 5pm until 8pm
Rego: 3:30pm until 4:45pm
Cost: $10 (AWMTB members / MTBA licence holders), $20 non-Members, $5 Juniors (prices for online entries)
On-the-day entries will be $20 Adults / $10 Juniors
Above prices do not include MTBA Licence - additional $20 for an MTBA Day Licence if you cannot produce a current MTBA Yearly Licence.
Categories:
Solo: Men / Women
Teams: Mens / Womens / Mixed / All-in (must contain at least 1 Junior) / Junior
Teams will be either 2 or 3 riders - with pairs and triples competing in the same category.
This will be a grass-roots race, and with the limited organisation time, may be lacking the usual bells and whistles of our bigger races. But don't let that scare you off! This will be a ball, Nail Can is in superb nick at the moment, and twilight racing is my favourite.
