Didn’t even notice that bit, but yes Shepplife play by by their own rules.

Best mate from high school lives up there now, his wife is very much a Shep girl, called in to visit them one day on our way back from holidays, Mrs Cammas was taken a back as we drove out of their street, as one of the neighbourhood kids was taking a shit in the middle of the footpath as others were playing in wheelie bin full of water.

I passed a dick head last night running laps of the promenade on what appeared to be an unregistered large (and loud) dirt bike with 2 barely clothed teens on it. I assume the rider to be a similar age. They came upon the cops and for the next half hour or so, the bike was zipping all over the place. Why the rider didn't realise his night was over and his best bet was to evade the cops and just go home to think himself lucky is a tribute to his stupidity.

lol, you all have your heads up your arse. Yeah, there's some rough spots. But there is still in almost all suburbs. I work in Shepp 5-6 days a week and see/hear of very few issues (compared to living/working in Melbourne's western 'burbs previously in arguably a "posher" area...). Gentrification is happening pretty rapidly in Shepp at the moment too. If we're realistic property prices are a pretty good indication that people desire it a lot more than a lot of other regional towns. Fuck all traffic, friendly people (even if a little rough around the edges), good facilities, etc...

Actually, what am I saying. It's fucking horrible. Don't risk coming here. All the stories are true! ;)
 
There was a young girl found in the middle of the footpath at a local intersection with a fractured skull here, apparently the brother was walking 20m ahead and turned around and saw her lying on the ground, and didn't hear any skids or impact noises. I suspect it was one of those high speed electric scooters as there seems to be a lot in the area.

I would be damn impressed if the police actually bothered to turn up and reel them in.

Confiscation is a lot further down the track.

It only makes me want to buy a Surron as there seems to be next to bugger all chance of getting caught so might as well join the winning team.
