Why are there so many ads, particularly on faceache, marketplace that only say “Swaps. PM for details” or “Subie, inbox me” when they are trying to get rid of a car.

Can’t be bothered adding details, but then probably get annoyed at having to answer the same questions a dozen times.

Ive seen that sort of thing a few times. All I can think is that there is a sucker born every minute and they rely on some people not knowing what the value of something actually is or too lazy to research and make the occasional sale.

Or they are not taking orders at the moment and don’t want to take the items down then incur another listing fee when they are back online. Ebay might have twigged that those items listed at $10k when values at $100 are dodging the rules, so this is more subtle.
