Dunno if this counts here, but the LBS just posted this on FB and I had a bit of a laugh. He's a great guy, just lacking knowledge when it comes to bikes
Geeez, that is an awkward sell. Kudo's for trying and all but I almost feel sorry for him.
The rest of the LBS team must have poked him with the pointed shitty stick to get him to spruik it.

Rest of the LBS? He's a one man show unfortunately. He'll do good pricing on bikes but if I bought off him I'd insist on building it myself lol.

you can almost imagine him looking for the instructions for assembly in the bike box..
sadly, good knowledge of all things bike has taken a back seat for sales figures and upselling on shit you don't need, most bike shop employees have less than NFI!
I went to 3 bike shops today to track down a brake hose kit for an XT set..first one even tried to sell me gear outer?

when bike manufacturers think that they can bypass the engineering and testing phase and go straight to production.
looks to be a sound and well thought out design, what could go wrong..think of all the material they can save by not having to weld in those pesky top tubes!

p.s. no details about the actual bike, just a lengthy disclaimer to save their ass from and expensive law suit when you swallow all of your front teeth.
