downhill trails in sydney around menai

just wondering if there are any downhill trails in menai, i will be around there this weekend and deciding whether to bring a bike or not , if so let me know.

go to watering hole ... post up something like

"DH riders in the Sutho / Menai Area"

Hello my name is Brenno ... and I'm new to the area / sport ... and looking for other riders that would be happy to show me their local trails and have a regular riding buddy.

Alternatively ... search for Menai DH ... look at the bazillion threads ... PM a couple of people that you think might be in the know and go from there.

There's a great little spot in Menai for DH, only been there once. Really nicely built and maintained, not sure if it's legal or not. It's "behind" the sports ovals, about a 5-10 minute ride from the car park.
