ENDURO NEWB BIKE SELECTION

Ill be buying my first enduro bike soon, last bike you all help me choose a specialised p26 pro back in 2013 and now i need some more advice.
I'm leaning towards:
kona process 153 al 27.5
giant reign 27.5
norco sight..

I'm looking entry level but something i can grow with. I'm in my 30s now so i wont be going crazy but id like a good quality whip i can trust to last. Im leaning towards the kona as ive ridden a few and they are a nice playful bike. I think santa kruz an rocky mountian are a bit out of my price range. id like to buy new and keep things under 5k.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

If you're a medium and like RM you could get this:

or this

Pushys often have 15-20% off sales too.

They are 2018 models, which makes them a couple of years behind the latest stuff if that matters.

Spec on the RM looks pretty good.

I reckon if you search around the importers' and good bike shops' websites you'll find all kinds of boutique stuff that's a year or two out of date for your budget.

The links and suggestions others have given are great but you have also chosen 3 really solid options. Cant go too far wrong with anything suggested so far.

Dont underestimate where your riding might take you. At about 38 I decided it was time to move from a trail bike to enduro/all mountain and have really progressed with the terrain and features I hit.

Something like the sight or Kona will be great for a broad range of riding (in fact, to reiterate my earlier point - everything linked to and suggested so far would suit).

Don't know much about what the Reign normally costs, but FTR have some for $3199 or $4199

Looks like you've got a good price point and are buying at the right time. This Canyon is an awesome bike and such great value at just over $5K

Or this for just under:

Or this beautiful beast from Commencal for under $5K:

Good components specs on @yuley95's suggestions

Delivery on the Canyon might be delayed coming from Europe whereas I think (not certain) that the Commencals are in country.

Felix does some questionable things ON his Process.

Will likely be selling it soon, BTW. Our LBS that helps him out has dropped Kona :(
