I do believe we need to wrap the whole body with cotton wool then insert said person into suit of armour. You won't get hurt then, well, you won't be riding either.

You can but its about a 45min drive turnaround from top to bottom. Better to push, but its a long push. Top to bottom is great though. Just pick your trails to get the most from the DH rig if that's what you're taking.
