Surely if they want to promote themselves as a local importer/distribution centre for the brand, they shouldn't be trying to charge shipping from Germany for every small part that an existing customer would need

To be fair to gain trading access the rules don't actually address Wanted to Buy Threads at all - You have to go into the rules on the Wanted to Buy forum to read that they want you to put "Found" as the first word in the title once you have located the items you want.
@moorey as the owner of the trading section should get onto that :)
