Pretty sure that what you're showing is a tn719 rim (not m719). Not sure that they are being manufactured anymore.

Ah! OK. Thanks PJO. Well I guess maybe I'll have to settle for something that looks like one of these.
 
Not the same, but pushys are selling some Mavic rims for a fairly cheap price.
Watch out for the shipping cost though, it's considered "bulky"

Thanks for the headsup - yes, the shipping triples the price. If I can't find an eyeletted Mavic rim, I'll try and locate another brand which is eyeletted and then de-sticker both front and rear to satisfy my need for wheel conformity!
 
Are you close to a major centre?
Groupe sportif are the Mavic distributor. Check their website to find your nearest dealer and see if they have something

Thanks PJO. Unfortunately, this is the disadvantage of living in a regional area. The closest are Canberra or Melbourne. It looks like the easiest solution is to use a non-matching rim from the spares box I think. Cheers
