OK, this is what I've got:
trickstuff matashi 14 MKII, right side - Combines sram trigger with shimano I-spec B clamp.

For those that are interested, bike yoke make a range of adapters for their remote dropper which is native MMX, so you can use those for sram shifter to Shimano brakes.
