Item: Shimano short or mid cage 9 speed derailleur.

Location: Anywhere.

Price range/Willing to Pay: Ideally no more than $35 all up depending on the model and condition.

Extra Info: Looking for something short anything mountain and 9 speed. I'm happy if the price is right to go old school for this one and will even be happy with a road derailleur, tiagra, 105, ultegra etc... Thanks peoples.

I think I have an XT short cage and will check when I get home.

Failing that you could use a Zee and an Sram X9 shifter.

True. I've run the Zee / SRAM setup previously, but I've got an xt shifter to pair this with.

Short cage

I have a short cage x9' missing the idlers. Hardly done any work. You can have it for postage, guess around 10 bills

I've got a 9 speed xt last model before stealth, it's rapid rise (opposite) to usual operation, low km's
