Giant Fastroad or Giant Crosscity? Help

Been looking for a commuter for a while now and I'm liking either the Giant Fastroad comax or the Giant Crosscity.
Just wondering if anyone has experience with either or both would be great!

It looks like the cross city can take panniers, but im not sure the comax can.

Have an Anyroad Comax and loved it. (Selling it now only because I just don't ride it since I got my latest bike)
