Do you have a broken Giant NRS frame around? I'm after the rocker arms, maybe the pivot bolts etc. Perhaps you have or know where to get the aftermarket 5" rocker arms that were made for a couple of years?
Perhaps you've even got a whole working NRS frame in Medium that you'd let go cheap? (Would prefer 04-05.)
