Ahhh the infamous internal cups, so can fit a taper steerer.

Doubtful, couldn't do it on a 2009 Anthem frame, the recess for the lower cup in the head tube is not quite deep enough for an EC56 headset cup. Think they are only 8-9mm deep and you need about 10mm to make an EC cup work.

Hmmmm...I have achieved this on similar frames, but it has been a long time.
