Gloworm light battery

Can anyone confirm that gloworm lights, like the X2, use a standard 2.5mm barrel plug like this one? I'm looking at getting a set but want to use some of my other Panasonic 7.4V packs with it too. Plug on my plugs looks like this one I've uploaded for reference.
