Hello all. Been riding XC for a number of years but just recently moved from lysterfield area to geelong and now ride the youyangs atleast 3 times a week. Been rocking a 2007 haro shift r5 and just recently chucked better forks, pedals, grips, bash guard and 2.25 tyres on it (2.1 orginal) so its pretty beastly. Went up yesterday and met fellow member Rasatouche up there late arvo went and did boulder (if anyone knows it) and lactic on the way. Swapped numbers etc and now im here. Hopefully find some other people on here that ride youies dh and get some tips. Just scored a wicked deal and got one of these Marin Quake 7.8 RRP $4k and paid a huge $1.7k. I dont even know how the shop is managing to sell me it for so damn cheap and its brand new.
