PYR virgin here...

Recent bike theft left me needing something to get around town on. Recent frame sale left me with almost enough parts to build up this old hard tail - 2006 Norco Torrent frame. I haven't had a hard tail for a long time, so it might be temporary. If I like it there will probably be a fresh paint job.

Interesting features:
- mtx33 on hope hubs (150x12 rear)
- marz 55cr forks
- desendant crank
- x0 - x9 x9 gear action
- elixir cr brakes
- holzfella pedals
- Thomson elite seat post.

Seatpost should be red anodised to match the hubs, bars, stem, seat lamp etc...

I think we have established that accuracy isn't really my strong point...so I rummaged through the shed and found a cut down flogged out old I beam post that I was able to force into the seat tube with much effort. I took that triumphantly to the lbs of choice and they measured it up and declared it 29.8...I'm not going to lie, the Thomson does fit in a lot easier than the sdg, but I have applied lube. Seat clamp holds in place well enough for wheelies and skidss in the hall way so I'm going to claim the win.
