Hi from Melbourne.

G'day
In my youth I was pretty obsessed with bikes, bmx, then motocross.
After taking a beating on the motocross track I gave that up.
Dabbled in a bit of mtb in my late 20's then basically gave up any cycling for over 20 years.
Then a mate invited me up to ride Buller, hired a duel suspension bike and rode for 2 days up there.
That weekend really changed my life, 20 years of mountain bike refinement suddenly underfoot, it was amazing. Rediscovering all those fantastic sensations on two wheels, I have accepted my mid life crisis and hope I'm not too old to refine my skills further and keep riding for life!
Hope to be a part of the rotorburn community.
Cheers.

I've heard the duelling scene in Victoria is taking off? What style are you down with? Sydney recently held the annual St Ives medieval festival and that included the jousting championships. It's good to see these martial impulses returning.

Welcome to the site. Bikes are fun.

There are some absolute pinners in their 50s and 60s, so there are years of two wheeled good times to be had. Welcome.

Bought an Anthem, quickly realised I needed something more enduro style.
Now have a Knolly Warden, love it, does everything I need.
Always wanted to see ball lightning, pretty rare event though!
