How much air in your Manitou R7 forks?

Howdy XC'ers,

Yay, shock pump arrived in the mail from another Farkiner earlier this morning :D

Anyhow, the air in my R7 supers was a little low, considering I was bottoming them out on big hits. I'm 70 kg's and increased the air in the compresion leg from ~70 to ~80 psi - bike setup in my signature.

Doing the stand on the ground test (i.e. legs braced over the front wheel facing backwards, toward the seat) and bouncing up and down on the handle bars, I'm not bottoming the fork out now. Instead forks are travelling ~90 mm of full 100 mm of travel - I have a zip tie on the rebound stanchion. I know this is not definitive test but just wanted to see the difference 10 psi more has on travel, and I'm sure I'll play with air pressure for the next few days until I find a sweet spot.

How much air do other R7 super riders put in their forks and how much do you weigh?

Cheers, Lee
