Rode it a couple of months ago Anti and agree it should be clockwise.

The disappointing thing for me was there isn’t anywhere to really get off the brakes or pedals for very long at all which makes it a bit of a slog...

I've only been out to the cotter trails once,I rode it clockwise.
Bit of a throwback to the old school Xc tight & twisty type of tracks. short fast pedal , brake, tight turn & repeat.
Definitely ideal for the quick handling XC bikes from the late 90's & early 2000's, if you have one in the shed, take it instead.
I might take my old 29 rigid next time, would be more entertaining than the semi modern bike i was on.
I did like that bridge though!.

Yep seems like those following the Kowalski's can get out there and sample it before the official opening, help bed it in.
