Impromptu maintenance days

G'day team,

I was wondering if there is any drama with running occasional ad hoc maintenance days outside of those planned? I work away and will probably miss a number of planned maintenance days and would like to contribute where possible. Wouldn't be tackling anything major, just small projects achievable with pick and shovel, ie removal of those tyre hating little stumps on Turkey. Will ensure to not start anything I cant finish or that would catch anyone out if riding while I was working. Don't want to head down there with tools if it's going to piss anyone off.

One of the execs will have to confirm, as it's there name on the deed & there assets potentially on the line. I cant see that there would be a problem doing the minor work you had listed in your post. Members have gone down and cut back lantana & trimmed the grass outside of official maintenance days in the past & it hasn't been a problem.
