Injuries. What's your story?

Farkin ell - I thought people only dislocated the patella - I googled dislocated knee - that's not right. Legs shouldn't do that. Good luck with your recovery.

That does not sound like you'll be doing anything energetic in the short term.

I take it you're getting a $6m dollar man bionic leg?
Did you land from space on your leg whilst trying to pirouette?

Good luck with surgery and resulting recovery.

Slow speed twisting crashes always seem to fuck you the worst.

All the best with the recovery..

Fuck me! That's some epic shouldn't hurt crash action @Knuckles. Best of luck with the recovery.

In the short term, are you still able to gyrate and thrust? They are important motions!

Dislocated my shoulder playing rugby with my nephews.

Fuck me the pain. I’d take two broken collarbones over a dislocated shoulder. Worse then any limb brakes I’ve experienced.

Fentanyl is shit hot. I see the attraction. What a buzz. I met the dancing pink unicorns in the ED briefly.

Thanks gents.

Shoulder socket itself is feeling fine, from half way down my humerus the muscles are on fire. Hopefully the muscles heal quickly.

I already knew I needed to work on developing some upper body strength.

Ha! I’ve got an X-ray almost identical. I’ve broken heaps of stuff and sliced and diced myself so many times but a dislocated shoulder pushed my pain tolerance to a whole new level!

I feel it's the only reason mine hasn't completely fucked out again. 3rd year of twice a week strength classes, can't recommend enough and even when I do tweak my shoulders (both have issues) I recover faster.

I only sublaxed mine (partial dislocation and return) and it buggered up my rotator cuff tendons.

Those dislocations would have me wanting an arm like The Winter Soldier.

Heal up quick both of you!
