Internal hydraulic cables

With the exception of a dropper post I am not a great fan of this however the last 2 frames I purchased allow for that.
In one case the LBS did it under sufferance and charged accordingly.
This time I will do it but hydraulic brakes dont seem to be fun.
These are Shimano brakes that already have oil in them obviously from the bottom is simpler ?.
How do others do that ?
This is clever but should I drain all the oil out first?

My method worked OK I put the pin from a pop rivet firmly in the hole the cables threaded easily just needed some wire with a hook in it to get it out the top.
I must say it does look neat.
Reminded me of the old days of breaking into cars using wire from a coat hanger thru the rubber at the top of the window and pull up the door lock knob which use to be shaped like a golf tee.
I once had to do it for someone prolly my first wife who locked the keys in their car.
She did some funny stuff like keep driving on a flat tyre because she didnt want to change it and it wasnt far to home.
Thats why she was my first wife.

Does anyone seal over the openings in the frame or make a hole in the grommets for the cables , the internet seems to say its best just to give water somewhere to get out at the bottom bracket ?
