been riding bikes since i was 4, only got into mountain bikes 4 months ago.
im more a dirtjumper but i like to explore some tracks and stuff

friday nights
sleep 9:00pm - 7:30am
breakfast: 6 weet-bix, 375ml of juice
lunch: 2 salad, tomato, ham, cheese and mayo sandwiches
snacks: banana's, packet of chips(occasionally), yoghurt
dinner: steak, mash potato, pasta and veges
drinks: 2-3 litres of water and a glass of cordial a day
excercise: riding up mountains arond 200-300m high and back down 2-3 times, afternoon fitness (gym workouts, running, fitness)
time: 8:30am- 5:00pm
distance: 20-30km
elevation: 200-300m
moving time: 08:30:00?
thats mine, your slacking way heaps in your diet and sleep and 1230m of elevation? thats quite a bit? and 60 or so kilometers? thats crazy are you sure?
