A couple of minor upgrades: replaced the stock grips that made my carpal tunnel syndrome play up with some very comfy Ergons. Also got rid of the Saint pedals that had about as much grip as thongs on wet lino and put on some Straitline DeFactos. Combined with some new Five Tens, I can just stick my feet on the pedals and forget about them.

The weight saving isn't huge - literally the weight of a brake rotor (new front wheel and tyre with rotor weighs the same as old wheel and tyre without), but it is noticeable when you're putting the power down.

Looks like a great bike, I've always had a soft spot for the Zesty. sure looks like it must get some speed up pretty quickly.
