Not yet ready to give up on my old 26" beasties. A 4" XC dualie and a 6" HT Free Ride.
what tyres would people suggst stocking up on before they go extinct?
was thinking 2 pairs of Holy rollers for each bike and an aggressive dirt tyre or two for the FR.
still got some good rubber for off road on each bike. some continentals for XC and BHT;s for the FR.

Budget 40-80 ea

all things going well may make the jump to 29" end 2019 mid 2020.
not working right now and a major health issue to boot means I need to be sensible with my dosh

Mr Greenfield
It’s not that bad yet, saying that I’m sitting in >20 pieces of 26” tyres. :)

CRC have a good selection of 26” still

Pushy’s have holy roller in 26” in stock

I think you probably have gone about 5 years too early on this post, there are still heaps of variety and availability of 26 inch tyres. 26 inch will probably make a come back soon anyway ;)

Most of the European, but particularly German sources still have a decent selection of 26" rubber.

Although no longer trendy, there are are still a lot of 26" bikes around because it was The Thing for so long, so tyres will be around for a long time yet.
