Leaf stems

I am looking at getting a leaf stem, and was just wondering what the dif is between their evo 1 2's and 3's?
The site is in german and I cant find the english one : S

Leaf EvoBlock is such a win! Only problem is the 4mm bolts. I stripped one. But warranty covers this so all good.

evo 1 -ø 25.4 mm / 40 mm. (black, silver, grey and limited green)

evo 2 -ø 31.8 mm / 40 mm. (black, silver, grey and limited green)

evo 3 -ø 22.2 mm / 45 mm. (black, silver, grey and limited green)

I dnt understand what the different measurements are for? Are they for the bar size?

The ø (diameter) is the bar size and I'd be guessing the other measurement is the stem length.
