Legalizing cheeseburger

I read in the meeting minutes that it's has been proposed that cheeseburger be put to the council for legalization. I think it's a wonderful idea but I'm wondering if it worth mentioning Flaggon to them as well?

Flaggon is quite different to Cheesy. Flaggon runs down what some might call the long paddock or footpath, It crosses a public road & is under Lockyer council, not TRC. Another full length legal DH run is on the agenda though.
