Have to admit that theory crossed my mind as well. However it was noted in various articles thet the truckie's house had been searched afterwards & unspecified items were seized as evideince..... Kinda adds weight to the probability that his "medical episode" was self-prescribed..... Shitbag.

Local fb post someone witnessed a cyclist get accosted by an off leash dog then abused by the owner. Turns into an attack against cyclists. Someone by the name of karen keeps replying that she doesn't care the dog owner was in the wrong and off leash, cyclist is wrong. Living up ti the stereotype at least.
