It's been about 7 years since I last had it, but from memory it's not a brutally hot sauce. I've ordered some, so once it arrives I'll give you an updated reviewHow quick does the heat come on?
The hot sauces where the heat is there burning my mouth from the get-go aren't my favourites.
Ideally, I like the ones where the kick is definitely there, doesn't nuke my mouth immediately, but builds, and then fades away.
Kind of like a lovely hug from Salma Hayek, rather than getting punched in the face by Oscar De La Hoya.
