Bingo. The chef won young chef of the year. I've been eating food I'd normally not touch, but he's helped me rediscover flavours I'd written off. Had a 7 course sitting the other night and was a. Full and b.enjoyed each dish and the wine pairing made sense, normally I don't get that at all. Not bad for a little place behind nothing in Point Cook.
