Yep. The much maligned sprout is a thing of beauty if not boiled to mush like some people do. Pan fried in butter’ and mucho garlic is my fave.

Such a delicious vegetable. I roasted some the other ay with pork.

I'm assuming you're referring to a plant based alternative of some sort, rather than butter? As a lover of the sprouts, any recommendations on the best non dairy frying companion?

Indeed. My mum...and grandma...must have boiled them for an hour, then left sitting in the water afterwards to brew the unique aroma.

I would have thought that the Brussel Sprouts were much more of a concern for social distancing that the garlic.. better tie down the doona tonight, it's gonna get windy!
