My first band played a heap of gigs at the Punters Club. Always parked at the brothel in Rose Street - no one was going to hang around the brothel to steal gear out of your car. Seems it's long good and was recently a cafe. The 90's weren't that long ago were they?

No one special - just got to do lots of support shows for bigger bands. I think we peaked at the Hard Ons at the Punter's Club.
Talking to a mate he remembers seeing The Fat Thing supported by the Fireballs for a Christmas show and watching the fir breather set fire to the ceiling...

Yo Black Betty, Bam ba Lam!

THE PRODIGY!
I'm back in Australia a few days before they play, I'm so excited. It's no secret they are the greatest thing to ever record music in my world and I've seen them so many times. After Keef left this world I doubted I'd get another chance. I actually cried yesty with excitement knowing we're going around again. They are by far the best live show, cannot wait.

Are we talking the 1996 show at the Showground in Sydney?

I had to google, as wasn't sure which year of high school it was, but...you are correct. I recall poison being a personal highlight to experience live. The rest is a bit of a blur of lights, loud noises, yokel dancing, raving, and rushing off to get the train home while most of my associates waited outside because "techno sucks". Of course the next year was fat of the land and a main stage slot...oh and techno apparently didn't suck anymore.

5000 fingers of Dr t was a solid bit of DJ action in there as well.

Ha! Losers, techno has never sucked and they missed out.
What a time the nineties were for amazing music.

Also did just get my tickets to the show at The Hordern. Much excite!

Nice one!
Not sure I can make it, being busy is busy.

I saw them in I'm sure it was 1993 with Graeme Park and maybe Frankie Knuckles at a show no one went to in Adelaide
