XC Mountain Cycle San Andreas

I've wanted a San Andreas since I was in my teens so I'm extremely happy
with this build as it has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The handling is
awesome and I was shocked when I weighed it as I didn't think I could get it so low.

All the original black fittings have been stripped and re-powdercoated in a
candy red to match the other red highlights. Thanks also to John @ Gripsport
for an absolutely fantastic powder coating job on the frame. Anyway I don't think
I'll change anything on this one. The specs and pics you will find listed below.

 WOW... Epic Build

Never thought I'd see a German:A product down under
Me neither. Got em from Germany. I have another build on the go which is an ibis szazbo with German:A kilo forks. Love them linkage forks...

Hurrycat have been out of business since 2002 I think. I got the forks from a dude in Italy who had them on his San An. I'd been looking for years before that...

NUTS!. What a beautiful bike. Looks like steep geo, but you could easily remake the red shock mount shorter to drop the BB, and slacken it.
I'm on the hunt for a San an now, LOL.

Cheers. Took a bit of getting used to but the slightly higher bb makes getting over stumps and things a bit easier. The angle on the main frame make the head angle look steeper than it actually is but its fairly standard. I'm loving it...

Phenomenal, so much attention to detail.
The SA was my first dream bike all those years ago and still looks modern to this very day.
Very well done to you sir.

Is the inside of the right swing arm bolt head in line with the middle ring?
I'd make an idler and run single front ring if I got one and it was.
Although the anti squat's probably good for climbing. You could make a step down idler and have whatever anti squat you wanted I guess.
Pardon my dreaming/rambling.
I reckon if they remade this frame they'd sell as many as any other bike in it's class.

Dreaming is what made this bike possible in the first place I reckon. There's been nothing like it since it was designed...

Cannon Fodder
San An

This is probably an empty question as i already know the answer, i had a San Andreas a long time ago and stupidly got rid of it

Any ideas where to get hold of one?

Cheers guys
