Moving to Whistler for a year. How much $$$

Hey fellas, plan to move to whistler in April 2019 for summer and winter season. Just wondering if anyone here has done this before as I am after some advice of how much money I should take with me/allow for the year. Taking into account typical housing rent, living and leisure expenses, and earning a typically low income on a working visa. Excluding the expense of bike and snow gear.

I can't help you much but I suggest more info on what your expectations are for standard of living. Will you have a car? Will you be eating/ having drinks regularly? Do you want your own place or share a small house with a bunch of smelly guys or even live out of a car for the warmer 6 months of the year?

If you are that way inclined doing a bit of research yourself and putting a spreadsheet together would be a good way to figure it out as you can tailor it to your expectations instead of what other people say but it is a bit more work.
