Multi-storey parking on Sydney Northern Beaches?

Does anybody know of any multi-storey parking on the Sydney Northern Beaches?

Even if it's just two levels, that's fine.
And would you know if it was generally unused during the weekend or Sunday?

Maybe some industrial place or something?

My daughter is getting the coast-bike action happening and I'm looking for long smooth surfaces with very slight inclines for her to practice long runs on.

Yes, at less than 3 years of age, my daughter and I are going to session someplace on our bikes!

Manly has three I can think of. Two are in Central Ave and the third is in Whistler Street.

Warringah Mall has a good multistorey also.

Have a look around the industial area of Brookvale. There's bound to be something there. The carparks listed above will be busy and full of cars on weekends.

sea-eagles carpark, not the deadest on the weekend, maybe up the top would be quiter.

Freshie IGA carpark.

Just a word of warning, those inclines between levels are pretty steep though io she hasn't got much brake power in her hands.

Narrabeen lake has a good bike track, dirt too on the wakehurst parkway side.

+1 for brooky, especially the southern end behind the Mall.

Lots of multi story industrial complexes in there.Sunday would be the go I'd say.

Ive got a mate that has a unit in one of them, he says they bring their kids and their little friends all the time on scooters, bikes and skaties after work, and he kicks back with the other parents.

Definately some good areas behind the mall in Old Pitwater rd. The businesses will all be shut on the weekend.

There's also a few around the back of Warriewood.

Good on ya mate, hope she develops the love of bikes you do, look forward to seeing her blast past me on the singletrack when I'm an old bloke struggling to turn the peddles over! haha

carparks

Around the Warringah road & wakehurst parkway intersection there are heaps of industrial park type areas with large carparks. They are generally a gentle slope and easy for kids to learn on. On the weekend they are pretty empty.

The area behind the Parkway Hotel has a market on sunday which is very busy but during the week it is empty. It has a very slight slope & could be good. My 3 year old likes it as you can do skids there!:D
