I've just put it on a cheap set of bathroom scales & they say about 22-23kg.

It's a pig to get on and off the trailers when we shuttle but I don't notice the weight when riding. I actually rides quite well uphill (short uphills) for a big heavy bike. Downhills she just wants to go. It's really nice over rock gardens & drops - the backend is very plush. The 24" rear seems to make it very easy to move around tight tracks but I really don't have much basis of comparison.

just wondering about where abouts in bisbane you get a chance to fully use that beast?

We ride mainly at Mt Cootha doing 10, deanos, Hot & Spicey, Telecom Single etc. Going out to Clear Mountain tomorrow & have been to Toowoomba. I live in the Gap so the tracks are a couple of K from home.
This bike could take so much more than I give it but I like a solid stable ride that can handle rock garden abuse for years

it's actually really dark blue - the camera and angle + night makes it look black. You should be able to see some blue between the fork clamps on the steerer tube. :)
