i got a great barly ridden 2nd hand deal here on farkin and i changed the sram gear over to shimano xt because im used to rapid rise and i think the xt gear is built a bit more solidly than xtr, i liked the XO but i have 3 other mtb's and if i'd gotten used to the XO i would've had to change the rest of my bikes over to sram. i've found nothing wrong with the xt gear so im going to stick with it
