That is because hte seat is angled back, you can adjust that

Its a throw over from BMX, its actually pretty comfy like that, though I wouldnt like to ride long distances on it, proabably why his commuter has a level seat

look at the difference between the seats in the two pics mine is the bottom one (original)

and the cranks fell off like 5 minutes ago cuz i was working on it so i threw them on for the photo

do you sit on the nose of the seat? even in the second pic bro- your top tube would be like 26" when your on the back of the saddle
