Need help seized hub to axle

I like this idea, but I suspect a big ass washer with a 12mm id would help.

I was going to add that OJ, but was concerned it might damage the end of the axle sleeve. A flat piece of aluminium with a 12mm hole drilled through it would be a better idea perhaps.

Nambra and live2dietryings methods did the trick in the end. It was still super tight so once it was free i tapped it out with a hammer and punch using a washer on the end to protect from vice

Yeah mate took alot of trial and error and frustration but it worked! Grease those axles. The build needs a bit more work but almost there
