Hey man, pressuring people into buying bikes they can’t afford is my job.

This bike makes the most sense for me to buy though. It’d work the best for my local trails, so much undulating single track with not alot of gnar. Damn life stopping me from buying toys.
Here we go.......It is your turn sir. Live big, embrace credit, take a second job at a fast food outlet.
Don't be as lame and excuse making as me.

I've never ridden a Transition bike, but they do everything possible to make me want one.
This is the type of bike I think a lot of people should ride (In Australia)
I never had much interest in them (other than the bottle rocket and the double They seemed pretty expensive for a fairly standard looking Taiwan factory bike running faux bar then specialised suspension platforms. I've had plenty of similar bikes from other brands along the way. Last new bike time and a transition scout was the best frame only option. I have been very pleased with the outcome

How much does your bike weigh?
How does it feel knowing that your ability to climb is being defeated by one of these bad bois?! ;)
Gee, the Heckler is about 13kgs, the TRc is lighter but not sure how much. The Xizang is a bit under again but that doesn't count.
I just prefer the feel of lighter, agile bike. I might be the only one but I'm fine with that.

I can't avoid hills and don't want a boat anchor to lug up them either.

Weren't you all Alpha about climbing fine with a 20kg bike in Alice springs, then moved, got unfit and perished?

Oddjob

Merry fucking Xmas to you assholes
Holy shit dude!! 10/10 post, hurt a little!

I still climb everything on the G15 out here no worries (600% gear range is stupid). Bike needs a climb switch more than anything, and doesn't like stomping out of the saddle without one; but it's less the weight and more the way the soft feeling suspension that really saps your will to live there.
The G13 is still a 15kg bike and my lowest gear is a 34t-36t ratio...don't find myself walking up anything.
Are you sticking lead weights to your bikes or something?

Crazy ideas can often spark better ideas from others. One of the quicker ways to the right answer is to cross off all the wrong ones.
