Newly Released eBikes and eComponents General

Am interested to see. Linkglide came out just after I got my bike but all eebs even now are specced with 12 speed stuff. I noticed some of the Meridas are specced with it or with Cues which I read is terrible.

Surprising. Its a set and forget group apart from keeping an eye on the chain, though there are a lot of clueless people out there who just run stuff to destruction. Different levels too and the XT, while cheap as chips, is the Linkglide top tier. $370 for mech, shifter, cassette and chain wouldn't even buy half an XX T cassette.

I'll maybe get the camera out in the next few days and post the vid here.

Not my experience at all with 11 speed cues - I'm now speccing LG500 chains on all my 11 speed bikes now and will be interesting to see long term and would consider switching some 12 speeds to cues (U6000)

And contrary to what they would make you believe, Linkglide works on Hyperglide. Haven't tried it the other way around but would expect it would work too.

Really interested to see how this is priced. Will be a frame only option, NZ company.

Bosch sponsored Euro EMTB Enduro series kicks out all DJI powered bikes

The line has to be drawn somewhere and Bosch were the leaders until DJI stepped over them. We'll all agree that these need to remain pedelecs and not turn into a pedalled dirt bike but its just a bit shitty for those with DJI bikes that the line was drawn right where Bosch 'Race' system peaks out. Fun and games.

Who handles DJI in Aus? It might not have been possible to get one here from crestline. My RS180 battery took a while to arrive from the Aus bosch supplier, and then the motor and control unit were replaced as they were found to be DOA when the battery turned up. The ability to have a 465mm rear end would be nice. I'd probably get the new rear if it's retrofitable.

Take your pick of almost any MTB publication with new Yeti with new TQ 60NM motor - really love the sleek look of the TQ motor, new propain with this motor will be sweet I think.
