Hey there guys/gals.

I'd like to share some nutritional information which helps me alot achieve my peek preformance when riding DH on my kawasaki. A small list below is what i eat in order to do so:

- Mix 423mg of flower with 125ml of Ibus juice lightly the night before riding to boost your calories.

- For breckfast, blend sausage, bread, milk & salt into a paste - to consume for an hour. This mixture will increase your stanima throughout the day, enabling you to ride harder, and for longer.

- Finally, after skipping lunch, Fry up 450ml of healty natural oil, chease, pasta, salt & herbs, Tomato slices, Gwaurm extract & toad flax for dinner - which will cool your body down after an exhausting day of riding.

These simple steps have allowed me to win many championships, rail corners and have more fun riding out there..
